We are conducting a survey on the habits of people working in client service roles at professional services firms, including accounting firms, consulting firms, and law firms.
If you live in the U.S. and work in professional services in a client service role (not an internal role), you can complete The Professional Services Habits Survey here until February 15, 2025.
We also encourage you to share this web page with others working in professional services, so they can complete the survey, too.
The survey takes less than five minutes. In addition to several demographic and firmographic questions, the survey includes ten multiple-choice questions about your habits.
All responses are confidential and aggregated with responses from other survey participants.
We will publish a report after all the data has been collected, so you can see how your habits compare with others working in professional services.
