Pete previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles (H&S), one of the world’s premier human capital consulting firms. While at H&S, Pete helped professional services firms identify, recruit, and develop exceptional leaders and build high-performing organizations.

Pete’s career began in the professional sports industry working for the NBA’s Washington Wizards. He was their #1 Salesperson of the Year for three straight seasons.

Pete graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University.

Personal

Pete lives in Arlington, VA, which has been recognized as “America’s Fittest City” for the last nine years. He has competed in the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships and is also the Founder of Arlington Sports Conditioning (photo below), a group fitness program that has helped thousands of ambitious professionals build stronger habits.
