Who We Serve
Stronger Talent is a boutique executive search firm for innovative companies in the fitness, sports, and wellness industries. We recruit exceptional leaders for our clients, so that they can have an even bigger impact on the world.
What Sets Us Apart
Here are four of the unique benefits of working with us:
- Deep industry expertise and network: We are more tuned in to the fitness, sports, and wellness industries than any other search firm, and our network grows every week.
- More personalized attention and much faster results: Consultants at other search firms often work on more than 10 searches at a time. In comparison, our Founder intentionally works on a limited number of select searches at a time- in order to ensure more personalized attention, much faster results, and a dramatically better experience for clients and candidates.
- Unrivaled access to top executives: We conduct extensive custom research for each search and use a variety of proven sourcing techniques to attract higher-quality candidates. We are also free of the significant “off-limits” restrictions that limit where larger search firms can recruit.
- Complete transparency into your search: As a client, your entire hiring team receives access to a private web portal with insights and analytics on your search.
