Our Founder, Pete Leibman
During his career, Pete Leibman has helped top companies recruit exceptional leaders at the Board, C-Suite, Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director levels. Before founding Stronger Talent, Pete worked at Heidrick & Struggles, one of the world’s premier executive search firms.
Pete’s career began in the professional sports industry working for the NBA’s Washington Wizards. He was their #1 Salesperson of the Year for three straight seasons. He also created the team’s Sports Careers Day, an event attended by over 25,000 people.
Pete has spoken throughout the U.S., and he is the author of two books and over 250 articles on career management, executive recruiting, and peak performance. His work has been featured through CBS Radio, Fox News, Fortune, Business Insider, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Management Association (AMA), ExecuNet, Stanford University, The Johns Hopkins University, and many others not shown below.
Education and Personal
Pete graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The Johns Hopkins University. In his free time, he teaches Sports Conditioning classes, and he volunteers with Back on My Feet, a non-profit that uses fitness and social support to help homeless people get their lives back on track. He has also competed in the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) World Championships.
